We’re always being told that we should drink more water – at least two litres or 8 glasses a day – but you might find this a lot to take in. If a two-litre bottle is too intimidating for you, try the small half-litre bottles instead. If you’re not used to drinking lots of water increase your intake slowly, building up to two half-litre bottles, then three until you’re drinking the full two litres every day.
