If you’re about to embark on a weight loss plan there’s nothing like a declutter to rev up your energy and motivation levels. Try one or all of these for your fresh start:
- Clean out your fridge and cupboards and get rid of diet saboteurs such as the deep fat fryer and the biscuit tin.
- Go through your wardrobe and bag up all the clothes you haven’t worn for a year and are unlikely to wear again.
- Give yourself a new haircut or a beauty/grooming treatment. Make yourself feel good.
