Getting into shape
If you want to lose weight then it’s going to take planning. First bin unhealthy packages lurking in your cupboards and fridge, then get hold of the right ingredients – fresh foods and basic dry ingredients such as lentils, beans and brown rice. Try porridge for breakfast with fresh fruit and yogurt, or eggs on rye toast. Lunch might be a great big salad – but go easy on the dressing; just use a little olive oil and lemon juice.
