What a smoothie
If you’re looking for a fantastic way to give your body and mind a healthy boost, then look no further – fruit smoothies are the way to go. Take one banana and cut it into chunks. Add five strawberries and ten raspberries. Blend these with three-quarters of a cup of skimmed, semi-skimmed, rice or soya milk or 225ml of low fat yogurt until the mixture is smooth. Then take a moment to look at it and admire what you’ve created before you drink it. Tastes good, doesn’t it?
