De-stress not distress
Stress is a bad thing. It leaches our energy and is the forerunner of about every major illness going, and quite a few minor ones too. So make an effort right now to reduce stress in your life. Here’s a quick tip to instantly de-stress and relax: try a quick stretch. Sit facing a wall. Place your feet on the wall and walk them up it, bringing your legs closer to the wall so that it supports them. Edge closer so your bottom is only inches from the wall. Lie still and breathe. Support the base of your spine with a cushion if necessary.
