What you'll learn-and how you can apply it

By the end of this live online course, you’ll understand:

  • AWS Certification is extremely difficult - this is not true. With solid training and practice you greatly increase your chances for passing the exam.
  • Certification isn’t needed to work as an AWS professional - while this may be true for a select few, certification is a key way for you to show your employer that you are qualified to work as an AWS architect

And you'll be able to:

  • Understand AWS Global infrastructure, network technologies, and security features; Key services like EC2, S3, DynamoDB, Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancing, RDS and more; and Best practices for architecting on AWS
  • Identify core services offered for compute, storage, database, networking and other solutions

This training course is for you because...

  • You're currently working in roles such as sales, project management, or at the executive level.
  • You're typically involved in decision making where the use of Amazon Web Services is concerned and need to engage in intelligent, informed dialogue but not necessarily be involved with the more technical discussions or decisions as might be relevant to other certifications.

  • A basic understanding of business IT needs
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with traditional IT operations
  • No materials are required up front
