Hilarie Koplow-McAdams

Hilarie Koplow-McAdams is president of New Relic, where she is responsible for the company’s global sales, marketing, customer success, support, and business development and focuses on New Relic’s growth across all market sizes, segments, and key geographies. A veteran of the software industry, Hilarie has spent the last three decades at growth-stage technology companies. Previously, she was New Relic’s first chief revenue officer; held a variety of sales leadership positions at Salesforce, including president of global sales, where she focused on growing the cloud computing leader’s business globally; was vice president of direct sales at Intuit Inc; and served in various senior sales roles at Oracle Corporation. Dedicated to her community, Hilarie serves on the board of directors for both the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, a patient advocacy organization, and the Spark Program, a national nonprofit youth apprentice program. Previously, she served on the board of directors of Informatica Corporation. She holds a BA in sociology from Mills College and an MA in public policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where she currently serves on the Visiting Committee.
