Jim Kalbach is a noted author, speaker, and instructor in innovation, design, customer experience, and team collaboration. He is currently chief evangelist at Mural, an online whiteboard for visual collaboration, and has also consulted with large companies around the world. Jim holds a master’s degree in library and information science and a master’s degree in music theory and composition, both from Rutgers University.
