Justin Francis is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Alberta in Canada. Justin is also on the software team for the university's engineering club 'Autonomous Robotic Vehicle Project' (arvp.org) helping implement and experiment with deep learning and reinforcement learning algorithms.  In the past, he was the founder and educator at a non-profit Community Cooperative bicycle shop and spent two years exploring and experiencing the Georgia Strait on his sailboat.
