Kwindla Hultman Kramer is CTO of AllAfrica.com, which he helped to found in 1999. AllAfrica posts an average of 800 news articles a day from more than 100 publishers and maintains a searchable archive of more than 800,000 stories.

Kwin writes software, builds systems and argues about politics mostly from his home in Washington DC, where he lives with another human and a dog.
