Paul McAleer firmly believes design is the way he can empower people to be their very best selves.
This philosophy is expressed through Paul's work: he's an Associate UX Director at the renowned agency Rightpoint, and the co-host of the podcast Designing Yourself. His work ranges from growing and leading UX teams in times of change, to developing cross-channel product strategy efforts and conducting internal workshops. He has worked with bright people at companies including UnitedHealthcare, Orbitz, Gogo, and many other Fortune 500 clients as well. So far, it's been a blast.
