As a regular reader of computer books this is one the exceptions to the rule: a book about productivity. The title of this book is really what this book is about (with most of the titles it works that way ; although with fiction books the titles that is more not the case actually). I enjoyed the book from start to finish. First the author introduces you to the so called Peak Productivity Pyramid (like the Maslow Pyramid) , and you can take a test to see at which levels you might have work to do to be more productive. I found out that for me at all levels work needed to be done, so I was really interested in reading the rest of the book as I was anxious to learn what I needed to change to be more productive. This book explains in a very didactic way and with examples the factors that hinder or enhance our productivity, how to detect and correct our weaknesses to achieve our best performance.
