Welcome to the OSCON 2015 Exhibitor Resource Center! We are excited to have you exhibiting with us and would like to introduce you to the important vendors who will be supplying you with all of the necessary tools to make for a smooth conference. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the links, dates, and forms below as they are vital to a successful event. 

 

*NOTE: Exhibitor Booth passes will not have access to OSCON lunch on set-up days.

(If you have not selected or been assigned a booth, please see the current floor plan for available spaces (hover of the booth # to see the size and confirm it matches your booth offering).  Once you select a booth space, please email your preferred booth number to your OSCON Sales Associate or primary OSCON contact.)

TriCord Tradeshow Services

Services

TriCord will provide or arrange for almost all your needs to successfully decorate and furnish your exhibit space. Available services and items are: custom booth packages, carpeting, furniture, custom signage, plants, draped tables & counters, labor & material handling, shipping, and the advance warehouse. (NOTE: TriCord Graphics Deadline is:  June 22, 2015)

iLeads Information

NOTES ON LEAD SCANNERS:
1) If needed, you can rent a device and/or the iLeads app prior to the start of the exhibit hall hours.  We will be unable to retrieve attendee details after the event when collected via other means.
2) If picking up a rented device, or if you need assistance in setting up your scanning app, GESI will have a help desk onsite.
3) If able, practice scanning your badge or that of a colleague before hand.  The QR code to be scanned is on the front of the badge - to the lower right of the attendee's name.  DO NOT scan the larger QR code on the back of the badge; that provides data in a vCard format which, when scanned through iLeads, will not be added in your post-show leads report.
4) Approximately 5-7 days after the event you should receive login information to download the attendee details collected on iLeads.  If you do not receive this information via email, please contact your O'Reilly Sales Associate.
