At its core Interviewing Users has an important, but often overlooked concept in our work: Users. Usually we think we build software to solve problems but we omit the part: “We build software to solve user problems”. And therefore our interaction with users is the prominent, and probably the hardest, part of our jobs. We can’t debug an interview or see the exception thrown in our conversations. The book itself contains a plethora of experiences that the author has had in his experience interviewing users. They are sometimes funny, sometimes glowy and nice. This makes the book light to read and makes the reader feel comfortable with the book. The pictures (mostly from commercials that can relate to the stories and content) are also a part on making this book easy to read. Full Review  >
