Description:

'Cloud computing' and 'cloud native applications' are not just buzz words. Every organization, and in turn every developer, is becoming affected by the advances in Cloud technologies. In this webcast, we will introduce Cloud Foundry — a Platform as a Service technology.

We will build a basic Ruby on Rails app and deploy that application onto the HP Helion Development Platform, a major distribution of Cloud Foundry. By the end of the webcast, you will learn how to make an application cloud-native, how to consume micro services, and discover what it takes to make an application run in the Cloud.
