Here's a key to the markup:

        {page-number}: minor technical mistake
        <page-number>: important language/formatting problem
        (page-number): language change or minor formatting problem
        ?page-number?: reader question or request for clarification

#1 arrow is okay
#2 arrow is okay
#3 arrow should start at the end of "handlerD"
#4 arrow is okay
There should be a #5 arrow going from "handlerA" to "handlerC"
There should be a #6 arrow going from "handlerC" to "handlerA"

"handlerE" is never called therefore no arrows should be going to 
or from it.
