Kurt DeMaagd is the VP of Operations at Sight Machine. Prior to working there, he was a co-founder of various open source communities such as Slashdot, Everything2, and Perl Monks, and has served on the Perl Foundation board of directors. He has a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and was a professor at Michigan State University.
