Julie Starr

Bio

Julie Marion Starr, CISSP lives in Raleigh, NC, where she is a freelance writer, computer security instructor, and sometimes a computer science PhD student. She has done time as a student and sysadmin at Georgia Tech (bachelor of Computer Engineering) and North Carolina State University (masters in Computer Science), in addition to working for Sun Microsystems and Check Point Software. When not in front of her computers, she can be found on her road bike or playing field hockey.
