Overview
In this Creating Custom PCBs with CadSoft EAGLE training course, expert author Dave Young will teach you how to create custom printed circuit boards with CadSoft EAGLE. This course is designed for users that are familiar with completing hand-drawn schematics, however no PCB layout experience is required.
You will start by learning how to place existing components on a schematic, then jump into downloading libraries and creating custom components in your own library. From there, Dave will teach you how to complete and review a schematic, create a new PCB and place components, and how to route the PCB. This video training course will also cover reviewing and polishing the PCB, gerber generation, and ordering bare PCBs and professionally-assembled PCBs. Finally, you will review completed PCBs and PCBAs, as well as learn useful ULPS.
Once you have completed this computer based training course, you will have learned everything you need to know to create your own custom PCBs with CadSoft EAGLE. Working files are included, allowing you to follow along with the author throughout the lessons.
