Overview
In this WordPress for E-Commerce training course, expert author George Plumley teaches you how to use this blogging platform to build an E-Commerce website. This course is designed for users that already have a solid understanding of WordPress.
You will start with an introduction to using WordPress for E-Commerce, covering WordPress themes and plugins. George will then teach you about single item selling, including how to create and place a PayPal button and install an easy PayPal payment plugin. This video tutorial will also teach you how to create your own catalogue or simple shopping cart with and without a WordPress plugin. You will also learn about full shopping cart plugins, as well as other free full shopping cart reviews. Finally, George will talk about special E-Commerce cases, such as selling downloadable products or memberships, and third-party shopping cart integration.
Once you have completed this computer based training course, you will have an in-depth understanding of how to use WordPress for E-Commerce, and be able to create your own E-Commerce website using this powerful blogging platform. Working files are included, allowing you to follow along with the author throughout the lessons.
