Das Buch gibt einen praktischen Einstieg in das KI-basierte Requirements Engineering (RE). Es beschreibt,
- wie der Einsatz von KI die RE-Methoden systematisch bereichern kann,
- wo die Grenzen heutiger KI-Systeme liegen,
- wie das KI-System in den Unternehmenskontext eingebettet ist und
- welche Rolle der Mensch in einer KI-gestützten RE-Umgebung spielt.
Dazu liefern die SOPHISTen ein theoretisches Fundament zu den vier Haupttätigkeiten des RE und fassen wichtige Grundlagen des RE zusammen. Darauf aufbauend wird die KI-basierte Anwendung der RE-Methoden an einem durchgängigen Beispiel eines Smart-Home-Systems beschrieben und die KI-generierten Ergebnisse werden bewertet. Das Spektrum reicht dabei von der Identifikation und Verwaltung von Anforderungsquellen über verschiedene Ermittlungstechniken bis hin zur Qualitätssicherung und Dokumentation der Anforderungen in textueller und modellbasierter Form.
Neben der Anwendung von KI im RE werden aktuelle Herausforderungen bei der Integration der neuen Werkzeuge in die Systementwicklung, wie z.B. die Aus- und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitern im Prompt Engineering oder das Thema Datenschutz, beleuchtet und mögliche Lösungsansätze diskutiert.
