Analysis of the Interview Results
To obtain more insightful executive comments regarding the success of learning and development with specific measurement-related issues, we developed additional interview questions, as shown in appendix C. Ideally, we wanted approximately 30 minutes to pose questions face to face with the executives. As a substitute, we offered a telephone interview. The interview would allow for probing, clarifying understanding, and developing additional comments that could be helpful for learning and development leaders.
