I use the CTI model to end all of the workshops I facilitate, giving each participant a chance to say whatever it is he or she needs to say to process the information he or she has taken in and to acknowledge what has happened over the period we’ve been working together. During one of these circles recently, a participant who’d been rather quiet all day said, “I enjoyed the workshop, and I especially want to thank you for simply asking during one of today’s exercises, ‘What is your dream?’ No one has asked me that in more years than I can remember. I am so thankful to have gotten back in touch with my dream today.”
