Many appliances and electronic products come with troubleshooting guides—those charts that list things that could go wrong and a few suggestions for fixing them. It’s unfortunate that in coaching, as in life, the troubleshooting guide isn’t included. And, to be honest, that probably makes a lot of sense. Have you ever heard a strangling sound coming from the dishwasher and checked that list of possible glitches, hoping to find “strangling noise” so that you can get your solution and move on?
