90. Employs Prediligence (Formatting, Calling, Agenda-Setting in Advance)
For my Anchorman fans, I’m envisioning a number of you in your best Champ Kind southern drawl saying, “What-n-the-hell is Prediligence?” To me, diligence is the work we do to be prepared in the meeting. Prediligence would, therefore, be everything we do in advance to ensure not only is the meeting well positioned, but that the meeting actually (drum roll…) happens!
Novel idea I know, but I, for one, am guilty of not employing prediligence several times. Are you?
