Some of the biggest breakthroughs in the lives of leaders we work with have come from seeing the benefits of challenge. We’ve seen how it helps us, too, to challenge ourselves, and it helps us to look upon things that we saw previously as problems and see them now now as challenges that benefit us. And when we can see it that way, when we can really embrace the benefit of challenge, then we can have a completely different life leading others than most managers have.
