Concept explorations produce a rich set of concepts. The next challenge is to combine compatible and valuable concepts into reliable and systemic solutions that are actionable for future successful implementation. It is clear that a single concept generated during the exploration mode alone is unlikely to satisfy all principles or design criteria. Potentially valuable concepts need to be integrated with one another for arriving at synergic solutions. Careful evaluation is critical to find out which concepts are promising and worth pursuing. Strengths and weaknesses of each concept need to be weighed against a set of defined criteria that is important to the project. Moreover, the synergic nature of selected solutions needs to be rationalized and communicated well to move forward with their realization. In short, the Frame Solutions mode is about assessing concepts, combining them, and constructing rationales and stories for why they should be pursued.
