24. Take Breaks to Relax, Re-Energize, or Recover

Working in a traditional office, as I recall, seems to involve a long series of interruptions between which you try to complete your work. As a telecommuter, you'll probably find there are few interruptions if you've taken steps to manage this (Tip 34).
