5 The 10×Generation

During the last 20 years or so, as technology companies have become major global powers in their own right, many books have been written about organizational design and the best way to achieve maximum output in the technology space. We are all familiar with the Agile Manifesto,⁸ the Phoenix and Unicorn Project, and the benefits of DevOps⁹ and the extension to DevSecOps.¹⁰ All have an aim of ensuring greater agility and removing the burdensome overhead that the waterfall methodology¹¹ has created, by trying to address reductions in productivity.
