Correct Your Thinking = Retraining
There’s a huge misunderstanding about training. Whether you are training five or 500 people, start by recognizing that everyone is already trained. Your real effort is to “retrain” them to follow your processes and procedures, and obtain your desired outcomes. Some people are trained to do it very similarly to what you want, and some will appear to have been beamed in from another planet. Training is necessary to get everyone following very similar thinking and procedures.
