Creating a Web Site in Publisher
Publisher provides some excellent tools for creating your own Web site, even if the site has only one page. You create the Web site as a Publisher publication, but you publish it to the Web as HTML and supporting files. Although you won’t be able to edit the Web site in Publisher once you’ve published it to the Web, you can edit the Publisher publication, make changes to the pages, and then publish the edited files to the Web again.
