So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

That’s right, the most dreaded thing for many entrepreneurs to do is let go of the reins. It is time for you to begin trusting others again. It’s time for you to allow others to move your business forward under your careful tutelage. It is a scary thing to do at first, but in the end, the nightmare of pushing off the majority of your tasks onto others will become one of the most blissful dreams you have ever had. Delegation is the catalyst that brings about utopia in your business and personal life. In the meantime, I am here to guide you through the initial dread.
