Step 6:Design Your 3 Hours a Day

Wow! You’ve made it a long way. By now you have already honed your superpower, evaluated your business, balanced your business, delegated your business, and organized your business. Now it’s time to design your perfect 3 Hours a Day.

There are three different levels of 3 Hours a Day: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Beginner: Start by carving out 3 Hours a Day WITHIN your current workday. Focus on only doing income-producing activities during this three-hour timebox. You may still be working eight to ten hours a day at this point, and that’s okay.

Intermediate: Delegate most/all of your non-income-producing activities to someone else, and cut your workday in half. You may still be working four ...
