PROCEDURES AND GRAPHS
In order to get some things done, we have to go through specific, step-by-step procedures. Let’s say we want to bake a cake. For an easy start, we pick a mix. To this mix (which already has some important ingredients added) we add eggs, oil, and water. We mix it. We put it in a pan, and bake it at a certain temperature. If we change any of these things, what we get will not be a cake. It could be good: it could be cupcakes or cake mix cookies. There are many great things that can be made with a cake mix as the beginning. Or it could be a disaster. Either way, we went through a procedure to get from mix to finished product.
