3D SCENES

One area that I had difficulty with when I first moved into 3D from 2D is how you create a complete scene. Not so much because of having any kind of difficulty filling an area, but more of how you stop filling an area. 3D is a complete version of a world, so where would it end? This chapter will be addressing that; we’ll take a look at landscapes, backgrounds, and how you control a scene before it gets out of control.

Also in this chapter we’ll begin exploring the path from Cinema 4D (C4D) back to After Effects to finalize projects. We’ll look at rendering projects from Cinema 4D, preparing C4D projects for After Effects, and the various ways the two software packages talk to each other.
