Accommodation

Another word for focus; the opposite of blurry. Refers to images from the eye or a camera lens.

Active 3D glasses

Glasses with a built-in electronic or mechanical shutter that syncs up with the 3D image on a screen.

Active display

A screen that requires active 3D glasses for viewing.

Anaglyph

A stereo picture that requires glasses with a different colored lens for each eye. The stereoscopic pair is separated for the left and right eye using complimentary colors.

Audience Space

The area between the audience and the Stereoscopic Window. See Personal Space.

Autostereoscopic viewing

A system that allows viewing 3D without special glasses.
