Exercise 10.2. Working with the Motion Mixer

In this exercise, we’ll combine two clips in the Motion Mixer. Then we’ll add a transition track to create a transition between the two clips.

1.
Reset 3ds Max.
2.
Click Time Configuration below the Viewport playback controls at the bottom-right of the 3ds Max interface, and set Length to 240. Click OK to close the dialog.

Now the animation is long enough for the two clips and the transition.
3.
Create a new biped of any size.
4.
With the biped still selected, go to the Motion panel and click Mixer ...
