7The Connector Voice
Ah, the Connector. Everyone likes Connectors, or so they hope. This is the voice that makes meetings fun and appears to be the life of the party. They know how to carry a room and can transition from one conversation to the next with relative ease. Give a Connector a problem or an idea, and if he doesn't already have the resources or relationships to meet the need, he will find someone who does. Foundational voice Connectors take great pride in making things happen for other people and maintain a high volume of friendships. Affable characters, healthy Connectors are easy to like. But when lacking self-awareness, Connectors can be perceived as superficial pleasers and frustrate others with their constant bouncing from one thing to the next, like the famed Tigger character in Winnie the Pooh.
The Connector is the voice that doesn't seem to get tired or worn out by people or new ideas. Connectors thrive on spinning plates and making connections, as they seem to effortlessly remember details about what other people are working on and what they might need.

Foundational voice Connectors think very differently than Guardians do. They are often thinking about tomorrow and how their connections can play together on projects or initiatives.
