MANUALLY FOCUSING WITH a DSLR will have advantages and disadvantages when compared to a mirrorless camera. The biggest benefit is being able to see your subject with the native resolving power of your own eyes. With an electronic viewfinder, you’ll be limited by the resolution of the screen.
