Getting Sizzling, Forceful Testimonials
One Thursday evening, while I was setting up for a one-session workshop at the Boston Center for Adult Education, a woman who had been in one of my other classes burst in the door and exclaimed, “Boy, am I glad to be here!”
I looked at her, surprised.
“I went to the doctor on Tuesday, and he wanted to schedule me for surgery today, but I told him, oh no, it will have to be Friday. I couldn’t possibly miss Marcia Yudkin’s workshop. I’ve taken a lot of writing workshops, and you’re absolutely the best. You give 110 percent. You don’t hold anything back.”
