Abstract.

Management or leadership roles in biotechnology companies place great demands on the individuals involved. They are high-visibility roles in which personal and management style are under constant scrutiny and pressure. It is worth taking some time to understand one’s own personal style and to understand how it can work with others, especially when others might have notably different ways of working. We take as our base the Myers–Briggs Personality Inventory based on personality dimensions outlined by Carl Jung.
