Needing the courage to speak up and voice our preferences or opinions in the workplace is a familiar experience. For some people even this much “public speaking” is uncomfortable. In any group of people, there will generally be a variety of opinions about the best way to solve the problems of their current life conditions. If your clients want their ideas to be heard and discussed and realized, they will need to demonstrate some courage.
