There are many areas in our lives in which we develop a certain resistance to learning and consequently go on performing actions that are ineffective.
Learning how to learn is a fundamental competence for a coach. It is one that affects the way you show up in life and who you can become. Your ability to learn has an impact on your effectiveness, productivity, and general well-being. Learning to learn is more of an emotional competency than an intellectual one; the emotions most needed to develop it are courage and openness.
