16.5.2 Sample Web browser RIO access
The Host Publisher RIO option generates a sample HTML page when you save
your Integration Object in the Host Publisher Studio. You can use this page as a
sample to create your own pages to access your database and host Integration
Objects remotely from Web browsers.
The sample HTML page name is XML<IOname>.html, where <IOname> is the
name of your Integration Object. If you selected the RIO option for the Integration
Object, you will find this page in the subdirectory
d:\Hostpub\Studio\IntegrationObjects\RemoteIO\Hobj01\XMLHobj01.html where
Hobj01 is the name of the Integration Object.
Figure 16-18 shows the generated sample HTML page for Integration Object
Hobj01.

There are two considerations when using this sample page provided by Host
Publisher:
1. As stated before in this section, we recommend changing the method of the
form from GET to POST.
2. In some cases, the provided ENCTYPE option will not work with the Netscape
browser. Remove this option from the form tag if you encounter this problem.
Figure 16-19 shows this page using a Netscape browser with no support for
XML. Therefore, a server stylesheet is used. The path for the server stylesheet
must be provided.
