So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
7. Activity Duration Estimating
Introduction
At this point, the project manager and associated project staff have finished gathering information on individual work activities to define what has to be accomplished and the required resources to complete each activity. It is now time to estimate how long it will take to complete the work of each activity.
