SAS Studio Tasks

Introduction

Now that you have gained access to SAS Studio in the cloud (my preferred term for ODA), you can start exploring some of the built-in tasks.  SAS includes a few hundred data sets in a folder called SASHELP that you can use to get familiar with SAS Studio tasks or you can even use the sample data to write and test your own programs.  This chapter will explore how some of the tasks work.  Once you have run a few tasks, you should have the skills to run any of the other SAS Studio tasks.

Figure 4.1 shows an enlarged view of the Navigation pane.  Notice the tabs such as Server Files and Folders or Libraries.  You see a small triangle to the left of each task.  If you click any tab, it expands to show subtasks.  The ...
