DIORAMA
Dioramas always delighted me as a kid. Usually, they’d be in an activity book, and the shapes would be precut. All you had to do was bend them so that they stood up, and suddenly a whole little world would appear! It was just so clever.
I’ve adapted this into a DIY project. You get to design the whole thing, draw and color it, and cut around the characters and scenery. Once you’ve finished, you can bend it back down, slide it into an envelope, and send it to a friend. Of course, you can always keep it for yourself. Nobody would blame you!
