I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
ARTICULATED DOLLS & CREATURES
Articulated character is just another term for a character with moving arms and legs, or joints. The approach to the figures in this section is dear to me. I’ve been making articulated figures for years. It’s addictive, it’s inexpensive, and the results have a rough-hewn charm. You can channel your inner kindergartner and get super messy with paint, or you can be extremely precise and careful with a craft knife or box cutter. You can use your imagination and make big or small cardboard friends. This project is more of a suggestion to get you started. I’ve included lots of examples so you can see the possibilities. ...
