I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

This chapter offers an overview of project management, specifically highlighting those areas that help you understand and better support it in your organization.
The purpose of project definition is to make sure the project builds the right things. The purpose of planning is to make sure the project team builds them efficiently. Therefore, this chapter highlights how project definition and planning affect management and execution. I also briefly discuss change management, which is critical to project success.
