The Tenets of Coaching

If you read coaching books and take coaching courses, you'll notice that everyone has a slightly different definition of coaching. In addition, everyone (including professionals) puts their own spin on their coaching, no matter where they learned to coach. Coaching styles can be compared to the stripes on a zebra. Just as no two zebras have the same stripes, no two people will have the same style of talking, writing, and being.
